Plan my final week before a certification exam
A day-by-day last-week plan, a one-page memory sheet from your notes, and an exam-day checklist and strategy.
The prompt
Plan my final week before a certification exam.
Certification: [NAME]
Exam date, time, and format: [e.g. "Friday 9am, online proctored, 180 questions, 230 minutes"]
Latest practice scores: [SCORES AND DATES]
Remaining weak spots: [PASTE FROM STEP 4, or list them]
Must-know facts, formulas, or frameworks: [PASTE MY NOTES]
Hours available each day this week: [DETAILS]
Return:
1. A day-by-day plan: targeted review of weak spots early in the week, one final full practice exam 3-4 days out, light review only the day before, and no new material in the last 48 hours.
2. A one-page memory sheet built only from the notes I pasted: key facts, formulas, process orders, and easily confused pairs. Mark anything that looks wrong or incomplete with [CHECK].
3. An exam-day checklist: ID requirements, arrival or check-in time, and, for online proctoring, the system check, room setup, and allowed items. Mark each with [CONFIRM with the exam provider's current rules].
4. An in-exam strategy: time checkpoints, when to flag and move on, how to use review time, and guessing rules (confirm whether wrong answers are penalized).
5. A short plan for nerves: what to do the night before, the morning of, and if I blank on a question.
6. If I don't pass: how to read the score report and plan a retake (check the provider's retake waiting period and fees).
This is step 5 of the "Pass a professional certification exam" pack. It works on its own, and can use the mistake analysis from step 4.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
