Make a realistic weekly cleaning schedule
A cleaning routine sized to your home and energy, split into daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with time estimates.
The prompt
Create a cleaning schedule I can actually stick to.
Home: [e.g. "2-bed apartment, 1 bathroom, carpet in bedrooms"]
Who lives here: [PEOPLE, KIDS, PETS]
Time I can give: [e.g. "15 minutes on weekdays, 1 hour on Saturday"]
What bothers me most: [e.g. "bathroom gets gross fast", "clutter on counters", "pet hair"]
What I let slip: [TASKS YOU ALWAYS SKIP]
Energy or health limits: [e.g. "chronic fatigue", "bad back", "work night shifts"]
Build:
1. A daily "reset" list (10-15 minutes max).
2. A weekly plan with one zone per day, or a single cleaning block, whichever fits my time. Include time estimates per task.
3. Monthly and seasonal tasks (e.g. fridge clear-out, vacuum vents, wash pillows), spread out so no week is overloaded.
4. A minimal supply list. Include safety notes: never mix bleach with ammonia, vinegar, or other cleaners; ventilate when using strong products; keep cleaners away from kids and pets.
5. A "bad week" version: the 3 tasks that keep the home livable when everything else slips.
Return the schedule as a table (Task | Frequency | Day | Minutes | Who) plus a one-page printable checklist. Keep it forgiving - the goal is good enough, consistently.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
