Design three engagement options for a client proposal

Three tiered packages with different scope, outcomes, and prices, so clients choose how to work with me instead of whether to.

The prompt

Help me design three engagement options to present in a client proposal. Client and their problem: [WHO and WHAT] The outcome they care about most: [e.g. "more qualified leads", "a board-ready strategy"] What I'd ideally do for them: [MY RECOMMENDED SCOPE] Budget signals: [anything they've said about budget, or "unknown"] My price for the recommended scope: [AMOUNT, or "help me think about it"] Work I could add or remove: [optional modules, extra support, faster timeline, implementation help] Create: 1. Three options (a lean option, my recommended option, and a premium option). For each: name, the outcome it delivers, what's included, timeline, level of my involvement, price, and who it's right for. 2. The rule of thumb behind each price step, so the middle option is the natural choice without the lean one feeling like a trap. 3. What I should never remove even from the lean option, because it would put the result at risk. 4. A comparison table for the proposal. 5. Two sentences I can say when presenting the options on a call. Rules: differentiate options by outcomes and involvement, not just hours. Don't invent prices. Use [ADD PRICE] where I haven't given one, and keep each option deliverable within my capacity.

Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the RTF structure (Role, Task, Format). RTF tells the model who to be, what to do and what shape the answer should take. It is the quickest structure that still gives noticeably better results than a bare request.
