Build a daily routine and prompt kit for using AI in my role
A practical routine for using AI through your workday: when to use it, ready prompts, and what to check each time.
The prompt
Build me a practical AI copilot playbook for my role: when in my day and week to use AI, for what, and how.
My role: [TITLE, team, seniority]
My recurring work moments: [e.g. morning inbox, client calls, weekly report, 1:1s, month-end close, proposal writing]
Tools I use: [e.g. Outlook, Teams or Slack, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM]
AI tools I am allowed to use and data rules: [DETAILS]
My comfort level with AI: [new / occasional / daily]
Return:
1. Daily rhythm: start of day, during the day, end of day - the 1-2 AI uses in each, and the time each should take.
2. Weekly and monthly moments: recurring outputs where AI drafts, summarizes, or checks.
3. Prompt kit: for each moment, a short reusable prompt with [PLACEHOLDERS].
4. Check step for each use: what I personally verify before the output leaves my hands.
5. Never-paste list: types of information I should not put into AI under my data rules.
6. Habit plan: how to introduce this over 3 weeks, one moment at a time, and how to tell if it is helping.
Keep it to what fits my real workload; 8-12 uses total is better than 30. Mark any time savings as estimates.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
