The prompt

Write a confirmation and reminder sequence that reduces no-shows for my booked sales meetings. Meeting type: [intro call / discovery / demo] Who booked it and how: [e.g. SDR cold call, inbound form, event] Typical time between booking and meeting: [e.g. 3-10 days] What the prospect gets out of the meeting: [SPECIFIC VALUE - e.g. "benchmark of their reply rates"] Who will attend from our side: [NAMES/ROLES] Channels I can use: [email / calendar invite / LinkedIn / SMS if they've agreed] Write: 1. A calendar invite title and description: clear purpose, agenda, who's attending, and how to join. 2. An immediate confirmation email (under 80 words) that restates why they agreed to meet, in their own words where possible. 3. A value reminder sent 1-2 days before: one relevant insight or question to think about, and an easy way to reschedule. 4. A same-day short reminder (under 40 words). 5. A no-show follow-up that rebooks without guilt-tripping. Rules: - Make rescheduling easy; a reschedule is better than a no-show. - No "just confirming!" with nothing new to say. - Only send SMS to people who agreed to receive texts. Also give me 3 things to do at booking time (e.g. confirm the agenda verbally, get attendee names) that most reduce no-shows.

Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
