Turn my document or report into a complete PowerPoint deck
Converts a document, report, or long text into a full slide deck with headlines, slide text, visuals, and notes.
The prompt
Turn the content below into a complete, professional PowerPoint presentation.
Content: [PASTE the document, report, article, or long text]
Audience: [WHO - e.g. "my department", "a client", "senior leadership"]
Purpose: [inform / persuade / get a decision / train]
Number of slides: [e.g. "12" or "you decide, max 15"]
Time slot: [e.g. "20 minutes plus Q&A"]
Rules:
- One message per slide. Every headline is a full-sentence takeaway ("Support costs rose 18% after the pricing change"), not a topic label ("Support costs").
- Max 5 bullets per slide, max ~12 words per bullet. Move detail into speaker notes, not onto the slide.
- Keep the logic of the source but reorder it for the audience: what they need to know first goes first.
- Use only facts and numbers from my content. Mark anything missing as [ADD DATA] and anything you inferred as [CONFIRM].
- Leave out material that does not support the purpose, and list what you cut.
Return:
1. The one-sentence core message of the deck.
2. Slide-by-slide content: slide number, headline, on-slide text, suggested visual (chart type, diagram, image, or table, and what it shows), and 2-3 lines of speaker notes.
3. A title slide and a closing slide with a clear next step or ask.
4. A list of content I left out and why.
5. An appendix list: slides worth keeping as backup.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.
