Generate logo concept ideas with AI
A prompt for exploring simple logo concepts with an AI image tool, as inspiration for a designer to refine into a real logo.
The prompt
Create a sheet of 6 simple logo concepts.
Brand name: [NAME]
What the business does: [ONE LINE]
Personality: [e.g. trustworthy, playful, premium, eco-friendly, technical]
Symbol ideas (optional): [e.g. a leaf, a bridge, an abstract mark]
Colours: [up to 2–3 colours, or black only]
Style: flat vector logo marks, simple geometric shapes, strong silhouette that works small and in one colour, centred on a plain white background, each concept in its own square, evenly spaced grid.
Avoid: gradients, photorealism, tiny details, mock-ups, resemblance to existing well-known logos.
Note: AI image tools often misspell text, so ask for symbols only and add the brand name in design software. Use these as concepts for a designer, and check trademarks before using any logo.
Highlighted [brackets] are blanks to replace with your own details.

How this prompt is built
This prompt follows the Zero-Shot structure (Zero-shot prompting). A zero-shot prompt gives the model a direct instruction with no examples. It is the simplest form, and it works best when the task is common and clearly worded.
