The prompt

Help me create scenario-based questions for compliance training. Topic: [e.g. anti-bribery, data protection, insider trading, harassment, sanctions, information security] Audience: [ROLES, seniority, regions] Policy or rule to test: [PASTE key sections] Mistakes we actually see: [from incidents, audits, or hotline reports - anonymized] Number of questions: [e.g. 10] Format: [multiple choice / branching scenario / discussion prompts for a live session] For each question give: 1. Scenario - 3-5 sentences, set in this audience's real work, with fictional names and realistic pressures (deadlines, a senior person asking, a customer relationship at stake). 2. Question - what should you do? 3. Options - 4 choices, all plausible; wrong answers should reflect real-world rationalizations, not obviously silly choices. 4. Correct answer and explanation - why, citing the policy section, and what to do next (who to contact). 5. Why the tempting wrong answer is wrong. Also: - Mix difficulty: about 30% straightforward, 50% judgment calls, 20% genuinely gray areas where the right answer is "ask compliance". - Include at least one scenario about speaking up and one where a manager is involved. - Avoid stereotypes in names, roles, and regions. - End with a short list of what learners should remember.

How this prompt is built

This prompt follows the Few-Shot structure (Few-shot prompting). A few-shot prompt includes one or more worked examples of the input and the output you want, so the model can copy the pattern instead of guessing it.
