## Prompt

```text
Help me write a proposal to start a new club or program.
**The idea:** [e.g. "a debate and public speaking club", "a history contest", "a coding club"]
**Organization:** [school, community center, nonprofit, workplace]
**Who decides and who reads this:** [principal, board, colleagues who would help run it]
**Participants:** [ages or groups, expected numbers]
**Why now:** [the need, interest, or gap - with any evidence]
**Resources I need:** [space, time slots, budget, volunteers, outside experts]
**Who will help run it:** [names or roles]
Structure the proposal:
1. **Summary:** the idea and the ask in 3-4 sentences.
2. **Purpose and goals:** what participants gain, with 2-3 measurable goals.
3. **How it will work:** format, schedule, session outline, and for a contest: eligibility, rules, judging criteria, and prizes.
4. **Roles:** who does what, including what I'm asking colleagues to commit.
5. **Resources and budget:** a simple table with costs and possible funding sources; mark unknowns [ADD COST].
6. **Risks and how we'll handle them:** low turnout, scheduling conflicts, supervision and safeguarding for minors.
7. **Pilot plan and next steps:** start small, review after [PERIOD], and what I need approved by when.
Keep it to about 2 pages, warm but concrete. Also give me a 1-minute pitch I can use when presenting it in a meeting.
