## Prompt

```text
Write a corporate sponsorship proposal for my nonprofit.
**What is being sponsored:** [event, program, campaign, and dates]
**Audience we reach:** [attendees, email list, social following, demographics, only figures we can verify]
**Target company and what we know about them:** [industry, community priorities, employee volunteer interest, past giving]
**Budget we need covered:** [AMOUNT]
**Benefits we can offer:** [logo placement, speaking slot, tickets, volunteer day, employee engagement, naming]
Include:
1. A one-paragraph opening that connects the company's goals (community presence, employee engagement, customer reach) to our mission.
2. The opportunity and its impact.
3. Three or four tiers with price, benefits, and the estimated fair market value of goods or services the sponsor receives.
4. Audience and reach data, with [ADD] placeholders for anything I have not provided.
5. Next steps and a contact.
Rules:
- Do not promise outcomes or audience numbers we cannot deliver.
- Flag where benefits may turn a sponsorship into advertising for US tax purposes: a qualified sponsorship payment can include acknowledgment such as logos and slogans, but qualitative or comparative product claims, endorsements, or calls to buy can make the payment taxable income. Suggest wording that stays on the acknowledgment side and tell me to confirm with our accountant.
- Keep the proposal to 2 pages plus a one-page tier sheet.
Also write a 120-word cover email.
