## Prompt

```text
Help me frame design problems from my research.
**Research insights:** [PASTE KEY FINDINGS, EACH WITH ITS EVIDENCE - quotes, observations, data]
**Users involved:** [WHO]
**Product area and scope:** [WHAT WE CAN CHANGE]
**Business goal:** [WHAT THE COMPANY NEEDS]
Steps:
1. Rewrite each insight as a point-of-view statement: [User] needs a way to [need] because [insight]. The need should be a verb about what users want to achieve, not a feature.
2. Write 3 How Might We questions per statement, at different scopes: too broad (for contrast), right-sized, and narrow. Mark the right-sized one. A good HMW suggests many possible solutions without naming one, and links to the evidence.
3. Flag statements that are really solutions in disguise ("needs a dashboard") and rewrite them.
4. Group the HMWs into 3-5 themes and suggest which to tackle first based on user impact and fit with the business goal.
Return: the statements, the HMW table (Theme | HMW | Scope | Evidence it is based on), the prioritized top 3, and 2-3 warm-up example ideas per top HMW so the team sees the range. Only use insights I provide; do not add new findings.
