## Prompt

```text
Review and improve my existing quiz or assessment questions.
**Learning objectives they should measure:** [PASTE OBJECTIVES]
**Learners:** [WHO and their job context]
**The questions (with answer options and correct answers):** [PASTE QUESTIONS]
**Stakes:** [knowledge check / graded / certification]
For each question, check for these item-writing flaws:
- Tests trivia or recall when the objective requires a decision or application.
- Answer can be guessed from cues: longest option, grammatical mismatch, repeated words from the stem, "all of the above".
- Implausible distractors no real learner would pick.
- Negative stems ("Which is NOT...") without a good reason.
- Ambiguity: more than one defensible answer, or depends on context not given.
- Not linked to any objective.
Then rewrite weak items as short workplace scenarios where the learner must choose what to do. Distractors should reflect real mistakes people make on the job.
Return:
1. A table: Question # | Objective it maps to | Flaws found | Keep / Revise / Cut.
2. Rewritten questions with the correct answer marked.
3. Feedback for every option: why it is right or wrong, written to the learner in 1-2 sentences.
4. Objectives with no question measuring them, and a suggested item for each.
Do not change the technical facts in my content. If a correct answer looks wrong or outdated, mark it [CONFIRM WITH SME] instead of changing it.
