## Prompt

```text
Remove the corporate jargon from my message so it says plainly what I mean.
**My message:** [PASTE]
**Reader:** [WHO]
**Terms that are genuinely needed:** [e.g. "our product names", "agreed industry terms" - keep these]
Steps:
1. Find every piece of jargon, buzzword, or empty phrase, such as: leverage, synergy, align on, move the needle, bandwidth, circle back, deep dive, best-in-class, value-add, going forward, in order to, at this point in time, unlock, drive impact, holistic.
2. For each, ask what it actually means here. If it means something specific, replace it with the plain word. If it means nothing, delete it.
3. Turn vague nouns back into verbs ("make a decision" to "decide", "provide an update" to "update").
4. Replace abstract claims with the concrete detail if my message contains it ("improve efficiency" to "cut approval time from 5 days to 2"). If no detail is given, flag it [ADD SPECIFIC] rather than inventing a number.
Return:
1. **The rewritten message.**
2. **Jargon table** - | Original phrase | Replaced with | Why |
3. **Vague claims** that need a specific fact or example to be convincing.
4. **Word count** before and after.
Keep my tone, meaning, and level of formality. Don't make it casual if the original was formal.
```
