Then add:
- Messages that must stay consistent across everyone (dates, numbers, scope), so I don't tell different people different stories.
- Anyone I should talk to first because others will ask what they think.

Keep each stakeholder to half a page. Never suggest telling stakeholders things that aren't true or hiding material risks.
