## Prompt

```text
Help me set up and plan gifts and occasion messages for my executive's key relationships.
**Key contacts:** [name or role, relationship, occasions to mark - birthdays, holidays, promotions, deals closed, bereavement]
**Company gift policy:** [value limits, rules for government officials or public-sector clients, approval needed, recording requirements]
**Budget:** [PER GIFT AND ANNUAL]
**What my executive usually likes to do:** [e.g. "handwritten notes", "books", "charity donations"]
**Known preferences of recipients:** [dietary, cultural, religious, alcohol-free]
Give me:
1. A tracker layout: contact | occasion | date | last gift/message | idea | budget | policy check | status.
2. Gift ideas for each type of relationship that are personal but appropriate - avoid anything that could look like an inducement.
3. **Policy checks:** flag recipients who may be restricted from accepting gifts (public officials, some regulated industries, procurement contacts) and gifts near value limits. Tell me to confirm with compliance where unsure.
4. Cultural considerations for international recipients (colors, numbers, timing, alcohol).
5. A reminder schedule: when to start ordering for each occasion given shipping times.
6. 3 short card-message templates in my executive's name for congratulations, thanks, and condolences, for them to personalize.
Never assume a recipient's preferences or beliefs; mark unknowns [ASK].
