## Prompt

```text
Help me figure out whether AI can genuinely help with a process — and how.
**The process or task:** [WHAT I DO, step by step]
**Who does it, how often, and how long it takes:** [DETAILS]
**Inputs and outputs:** [data, documents, systems, formats]
**What "good" looks like and what can't go wrong:** [QUALITY BAR / RISKS — e.g. accuracy, privacy, compliance]
**Tools I have access to:** [e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, automation tools]
First, interview me: ask up to 6 questions, one at a time, about anything that changes the answer. Then assess:
1. **Fit by step** — for each step: AI does it / AI assists a human / keep it human / use simple automation instead — with reasons.
2. **Risks** — accuracy, privacy, bias, over-reliance — and where human review is mandatory.
3. **Recommended approach** — the type of tool or setup (chat assistant, custom GPT or Project, workflow automation, agent), described as capabilities rather than brands.
4. **Starter prompt** for the step with the best payoff.
5. **Pilot plan** — how to test it for 2 weeks and the metrics that decide whether to keep it.
Be honest when AI is a poor fit — say so plainly.
```
