## Prompt

```text
Draft replies to these emails so they sound like me.
**Samples of my writing:** [PASTE 2-4 EMAILS I'VE SENT]
**Emails to reply to:** [PASTE EACH with sender, relationship, and the message]
**What I want to say in each:** [A FEW WORDS PER EMAIL - e.g. "1: yes, Thursday works", "2: decline politely", "3: need more detail first"]
**Length:** [e.g. "concise - under 80 words each"]
First, describe my tone in 4 to 6 bullets (greeting, sign-off, sentence length, formality, phrases I use, what I avoid). I'll correct it if needed.
Then for each email:
1. **Reply** - in my tone, answering every question the sender asked, with my position stated in the first line.
2. **Unanswered** - any question in their email my instructions don't cover, flagged [NEED YOUR INPUT] rather than answered by you.
3. **Commitment check** - mark [CHECK] on any sentence that agrees to a date, price, deliverable, or decision.
Rules:
- Match formality to each recipient, within my style.
- Don't copy whole sentences from my samples or invent facts, dates, or names.
- Keep subject lines unless a change helps; if so, suggest one.
Finish with a list of the replies in suggested send order.
Before pasting, remove anything you're not allowed to share with an AI tool (customer personal data, passwords, confidential material).
