## Prompt

```text
Draft an email reply on behalf of my executive, in their voice.
**Examples of how my executive writes:** [PASTE 3-5 REAL EMAILS THEY SENT]
**The email to reply to:** [PASTE]
**What my executive wants to say:** [THEIR NOTES OR MY UNDERSTANDING - e.g. "yes but not until Q3", "decline politely"]
**Relationship with the recipient:** [e.g. "board member", "longtime client", "new vendor"]
**Sent from:** [their account / mine on their behalf]
First, describe their style in 5 bullets: greeting and sign-off, typical length, directness, warmth, words they use and avoid. Then write the reply matching it.
Rules:
- Match their length. If they write 3 lines, don't write 10.
- Don't commit them to anything they didn't say - no new dates, numbers, or promises. Put [CONFIRM WITH EXEC] where a commitment would normally go.
- If I'm sending from my own account on their behalf, write it in my voice referencing them ("[Name] has asked me to...").
- Flag anything sensitive in the incoming email (legal, HR, confidential, angry tone) that my executive should see before anything is sent.
Return: the draft, a one-line summary for my executive ("Reply to X: declines, offers Q3 - OK to send?"), and one alternative version if the tone could reasonably go two ways.
