## Prompt

```text
Help me turn a time-consuming part of my work into an AI-assisted workflow.
**The process or recurring work:** [DESCRIBE STEP BY STEP - e.g. "weekly status report: pull updates from 6 project owners, summarize, format in PowerPoint"]
**How often, and how long it takes now:** [e.g. "weekly, about 4 hours"]
**Inputs and where they live:** [emails, Excel files, Teams chats, CRM, documents]
**Output and who receives it:** [DETAILS]
**AI and automation tools I'm allowed to use:** [e.g. Copilot in Outlook and Excel, ChatGPT Enterprise, Power Automate]
**What can't go wrong:** [e.g. "numbers must match finance", "no client data in public tools"]
Return:
1. Current-state steps with time per step (mark estimates).
2. Future-state workflow: | Step | Who does it (Me / AI / Automation / Someone else) | Tool | Input | Output | Human check |
3. A ready-to-use prompt for each AI step, with [PLACEHOLDERS].
4. Quality checks I run every time before anything is sent: numbers, names, dates, tone, and claims.
5. Time saved per cycle, as a range with the assumptions shown.
6. A 2-week pilot: how to run it side by side with the old way, and what result decides whether to keep it.
Rules: Keep decisions, approvals, and anything sent outside the team under human review. Never put confidential or personal data into a tool my company hasn't approved. If a step is better handled by a simple template or rule than by AI, say so.
