## Prompt

```text
Build a problem, insight, recommendation storyline for my presentation.
**The problem as I see it:** [WHAT is going wrong or at risk, with numbers if I have them]
**What I've learned:** [PASTE findings, analysis, root causes, customer feedback]
**My recommendation (if I have one):** [WHAT, or "help me get there"]
**Audience:** [WHO, and how aware they are of the problem]
**Time slot:** [MINUTES]
Structure:
1. Problem: make it concrete and costly. State its impact (money, customers, time, risk) and who feels it. If the audience doesn't yet accept there's a problem, add the evidence that convinces them.
2. Insight: the non-obvious reason behind the problem - the "aha" that reframes it. Test it: is it supported by my findings, and does it explain the problem better than the obvious answer? If my findings don't support a real insight, say so.
3. Recommendation: what to do, which follows directly from the insight. Include options considered, cost, timeline, risks, and how we'll know it worked.
4. Ask: the decision needed and by when.
Return:
1. The whole story in 3 sentences (problem, insight, recommendation).
2. A slide-by-slide outline with full-sentence headlines and the evidence for each.
3. The weakest link in the logic and how to strengthen it.
4. Anything I'm asserting without evidence, marked [NEED EVIDENCE].
The recommendation is mine to own; present options honestly rather than only the one I prefer.
```
